Iceland

I have always wanted to travel to Iceland as, even though I have never been, I believe it to be the most beautiful country in the world. Try searching Google for images of Iceland then make a rational argument against my hypothesis. You can't.

I will be graduating in May and if everything goes to plan, traveling to Iceland this summer before starting my big boy job in Denver, Colorado. I plan on flying into Reykjavik, renting a car, and traveling the Ring Road around the island nation for a couple of weeks.

Below is a link to a photo essay about Matthew Karsten's trip to Iceland. I can only hope to experience what is depicted in his photos.

This last photo is stunning. I enjoy how he artificially illuminated the plane crash, but it did not distort the stunning natural beauty of the northern lights.
